Profile missing?

I have had my profile hidden for a few weeks and now it is not visible to even me. I would like to continue to have a profile on Yahoo but this is the third time that I have had to write about the same problem. Why does my profile disappear?is not

click on your avatar (grey pic) and click on edit my info

all the otions are in there just take a bit of time and g

through it all when finished click on preview give it a quick check then click on ok.

and that should do it
