I need to know how to make my yahoo 360 come up when someone in a chat room clicks to view my profile.

Go to your Yahoo! 360 page, and then go to "Settings". In your "Basic Info" page, in the "Yahoo! Identity Display" section, go to your profile and select the third option (which says “Display me as [your Yahoo ID]”) if you want your profile replaced by your 360 page. Then click on "Save".
