Low Profile Video Card Help?

I have a dell optiplex gx260 Small form-factor computer and I want to buy a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 256MB 3DFuzion Graphics Card at target I want to know if this is a low profile card.

I have one 1PCI and 1AGP. And here are my stuff one PCI slot and one AGP slot; low-profile cards are supported (card size = 6.35 cm [2.5 inches] high by 16.76 cm [6.6 inches] long) does that

mean that only 6.35 cm [2.5 inches] high by 16.76 cm [6.6 inches] long are allowed? Or can it be bigger. and what is a low profile card?
