When your in your my space, and say you want to make sure the song you just put on works,so you go to VIEW profile Right
My question is that when you view your own profile dose that count as a profile view on your Profile View counter or dose it only count when other people look at your profile?

Yeah, your # of profile views only counts the amount of times that OTHER people have viewed your profile.
